The world-renowned Parisian museum, Musée d’Orsay, invites you from November 15th, 2016 through March 5th, 2017, to attend an impressive exhibition that will be held in honor of the French Impressionist artist Frédéric Bazille.
The exhibition is called “Frédéric Bazille (1841-1870). The Youth of Impressionism.”, a title that reveals not only the artist’s affiliation with impressionism but also his contribution to this popular 19th-century art movement during its most vigorous period of development and growth.
“Frédéric Bazille (1841-1870). The Youth of Impressionism.” features around 60 stunning paintings including his Scène d'été (1869), Réunion de Famille (1867), and L'Atelier de Bazille (1870). It is a special opportunity for our dear guests who are staying at our Hotel de La Motte Picquet to discover more about this important figure and his valuable paintings.
