How can we transform the lifeless into a living creature, give souls to the soulless, and emotions to the unemotional? What kind of intimate relationship exists between human beings and machines?
Until November 13th, 2016, the Musée du Quai Branly puts on view an uncommon exhibition entitled Persona Strangely Human, an anthropological exhibition that will give you an answer to all of these questions by featuring more than 230 artefacts including statues, paintings, robots, and extracts from films.
The exhibition Persona Strangely Human is curated by :
Emmanuel Grimaud, Anthropologist Research Associate at the CNRS
Anne-Christine Taylor-Descola, Emeritus Research Director, CNRS
